This is our 2nd Serta mattress. We bought our 1st for our guest room after sleeping on one at in Inn on Nantucket several years ago. All guest comment on it's comfort, so it was a no-brainer to buy one for our Master Bedroom when it was time to replace old one.
One night's sleep and can already feel the diference and didn't wake up with the usual hip pain. Thank you for a wonderful product!

Comfy and supportive but sagging within two weeks. It doesn't seem to be the same mattress we tried in store. It felt firmer in store.

My model is 003567. I didn't see it on the list but put the closest one. The mattress is very thick. My body snugs right into it. Sometimes it's hard to roll over. But it becomes very comfortable when you settle in.

After 10 years with my old bed, I replaced it with this model. It's firm and at first I wasn't sure I would like it. Now that I have had a few weeks with it, I am liking it more. Seems to be keeping It's shape well.

I had high hopes for this mattress. It's more than I've ever spent on one before. I am a side sleeper and for the month that I've had this I wake up every morning with numb hands and sore a sore neck and shoulders. Also aggravates my hip and I wake up hot every night . I'm not sure if I need something with more of a pillow top if the foam just doesn't agree with me.

I was hesitant however after a few days and a week I realized I wasn't tossing and turning. My back wasn't sore. It's soft and firm and not extremely FIRM just right Medium firm. I was concerned about my back problems but this bed I can say I no complaints ? Thank you!!

I don't usually leave reviews but the mattress deserves one. I was icing my back and using a small pillow for support every night. I have had my new mattress 10 days now and have not had to do that once. Gives the support where needed in the pressure points, I hardly move at night now.

Seems to be a quality and supportive mattress. Has helped already with some chronic back pain. Have had 1 week and it still feels quite a bit more firm than in the store. Hoping it'll break in and be a bit softer over time but maintain the supportive feel.

The mattress is super comfortable, beautiful design a little bit thicker than our original one we look forward to our first night sleeping tonight. The delivery staff was very professional extremely knowledgeable on how to move a king size bed up some stairs into our bedroom. They did a beautiful job.

This mattress from day 1 was uncomfortable. I felt like it was sloped to the edge of the bed and every time I laid down on it, my body would roll toward the outside of the bed. There is a visible 1+" drop on my side of the bed and a weird curvy pattern when the sheet is on. This mattress is defective and I am reaching out to the store that sold it to us so they can contact their representative for a solution: replacement. We've had this mattress less than 3 months and it was this way from day one. I thought I just had to adjust to a different kind of mattress, but it's defective….
