Faller’s Furniture & Mattress has been family-owned and operated for over 175 years, and we are always growing! We’re hiring highly-driven individuals for our sales force. The qualified candidate will sell a range of home furnishings and mattresses for clients large and small. A qualified candidate must be hyper-focused on developing long lasting relationships with their clients.

Job Description

  • Staffing the sales floor, answering phones, learning and maintaining knowledge on multiple brands of home furnishings and mattresses, and preparing sales quotes and invoices
  • Coordinating with delivery and installation departments to ensure a smooth process from initial contact to post-delivery

Job Requirements/Skills:

  • Available to work some nights and Saturdays
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Highly organized
  • Personable demeanor, cool under pressure, quality customer service and follow-through with attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency

Compensation:

  • Hourly wage with commissions and manufacturer spiffs
