Do you have Lay-Away?
Merchandise can be laid away for six months with no additional service charge.
Payment schedule requirements are:
- 1/2 down payment at time of sale
- Balance is divided into six equal monthly payments
Customer is responsible for making monthly payments.
If merchandise is returned and/or canceled while in lay-away, it will be returned to stock with a 10% restocking fee and a refund of any payments made. If the lay-away merchandise is returned and/or canceled after six months of the written sale, a restocking fee of 20% will be charged and the balance will be refunded. A cancellation on items laid away for more than nine months will induce a restocking fee of 30% and the balance will be refunded.
A lack of payments on lay-away merchandise for two consecutive months entitles the manufacturer to place the item(s) back into inventory and to change the price of the item(s).
Lay-away payments must be in the form of check or cash and may not be placed on a credit card. Only a full payment of balance due may be placed on a credit card.
